COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I believe in evidence-based programming, utilising data analysis and athlete monitoring to tailor training loads and interventions that enhance performance whilst reducing injury risk. Recovery, nutrition, and clear communication are central to my approach, ensuring you have the support you need to perform consistently and sustainably.

At the same time, I value creating a positive and motivating environment where clients feel challenged but supported throughout the full journey. Whether working with elite squads or clients at the gym, my goal is to blend data-driven precision with athlete-centred coaching, fostering development, resilience, and long-term success both in and out the gym.

I combine scientific knowledge with practical delivery, using my MSc in Advanced Sport Performance Science and experience in elite rugby environments to design evidence-based programmes that enhance performance and reduce injury risk. I excel at analysing data, monitoring athletes, and tailoring training to individual needs, while also supporting rehabilitation and leading strength and conditioning sessions. My ability to communicate clearly, adapt under pressure, and motivate athletes ensures I can create a positive, high-performance environment that drives development at both elite and youth levels.

    • MSc in Advanced Sport Performance Science (Swansea University)

    • BSc in Sport and Exercise Science (Swansea University)

  • Right now, I'm levelling up my nutrition knowledge so I can offer even smarter, more complete support. For my clients, that means better energy, faster recovery, and results that stick.

  • I’M IN TO:

Playing Padel and Golf, though Rugby remains my main focus. I'm proud to be playing for Kowloon Rugby Club and value every moment on the pitch with my new teammates. Having recently moved to Hong Kong, I'm enjoying everything this new chapter has to offer.

    I’M NOT A FAN OF:

Fad diets, unsustainable training methods, and the "no days off" mentality that ignores recovery.
