STEP 1

  • Meet with one of our Co-Founders for an in-depth complimentary health consultation.

    A 30 minute deep-dive into how we will get you leaner, stronger and living longer.

  • In the next 30 minutes you’ll complete a series of strength, power, aerobic and movement tests. These are translated into a simple Rebuild Score that provides a clear starting point.

  • Off the back of your assessment, you’ll be allocated a coach, suited to your needs.

    They will build a blueprint designed around your Rebuild Score, training history and goals - no guesswork, just clarity.

STEP 2

  • Our coaches will guide you through each training session, while ensuring your every success for the remaining 23 hours of your day.

    Through proven habits and constant support, we keep you accountable and progressing by tracking your progress using our client coaching platform.

  • The blueprint is there, all you need to do is follow. Built for real life scenarios in Hong Kong.

  • Your physical, mental and social health goes beyond the gym floor. That’s why we built the Recharge Suite.

    Inclusive of a traditional sauna and two cold plunge barrels, The Clubhouse is your new retreat for wellness and recovery.

STEP 3

  • At this stage your coach will lead you through your first quarterly review.

    Reviewing results across strength, body composition and longevity metrics.

  • You will retest your Rebuild Score to assess exactly how you’ve progressed. This is where your coach will gain valuable insight into how to get you to the next level.

  • You’ve crushed your initial goals, you’re feeling stronger & longevity metrics are improving. It’s time to establish new goals with your coach and make sure the next quarter is even better than the first.

THE NUMBERS MATTER

Hong Kong is obsessed with quick fixes. At The Clubhouse we’re doubling down on our Built For Life philosophy with our Rebuild Score Assessment - a system that tests your longevity.

In 45 minutes, you’ll complete a series of strength, power, aerobic and movement tests. These 10 biomarkers are translated into a simple score which becomes the anchor for a personalised plan.

  • BODY WEIGHT
    Your body weight tells the story of what's happening beneath the surface. Track it with body fat and waist to see if you’re gaining muscle, losing fat, or just shifting fluid.

    BODY FAT
    Body fat shows the balance between working muscle and stored fat. Lower levels usually mean less visceral fat, lower inflammation, better insulin control, and lower disease risk.

    WAIST TO HEIGHT RATIO
    Where you store fat matters; this measure highlights risky visceral fat. Aim for a ratio below 0.5 to cut risk of diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic dysfunction.

    BLOOD PRESSURE
    Blood pressure is the load on your arteries each beat. Keep it to 120/80 mmHg to protect vessels and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.

  • RESTING HEART RATE
    Your resting heart rate is your body’s idle speed; lower values (typically under 60–70 bpm) signal a more efficient cardiovascular system. As fitness improves, this number tends to drop, showing a stronger heart doing more with each beat.

    1000M BIKE ERG
    A 1000 m BikeErg time is an all‑out check of aerobic power and oxygen delivery. Faster times indicate rising VO2max and a bigger aerobic tank.

    DAILY STEP COUNT
    Steps are the foundation: aim for 7,000-10,000 most days. Consistent walking keeps metabolism ticking and speeds recovery between training sessions.

  • STANDING BROAD JUMP
    Measures lower‑body explosive power and coordination. Bigger jumps signal stronger glutes, quads and calves, plus better neuromuscular control that carries over to everyday performance.

    GRIP STRENGTH
    A reliable indicator for overall strength and muscle function. Higher grip strength is linked to better independence with age and a lower risk of disability and all‑cause mortality.

    MAX PUSH-UPS
    Tests upper‑body muscular endurance in the chest, shoulders and triceps. Holding a solid plank under reps also measures core stability, so progress reflects both endurance and trunk control.
