I just qualified to play for the Hong Kong China national rugby union team, which secured qualification to the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia. So I’m head down for the next 18 months but buzzing for what’s to come!
This year I’ve signed up to a Pilates reformer course to work on my mobility.
