LOUIE MENDOZA

HEAD OF PROGRAMMING

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I bridge the gap between the weight room and the real-world helping clients micro-dose stretching, mobility, and training into daily life.

Anyone can put together a few exercises with the aim of making you sore and call it a workout. But, if there's no reason or end goal behind it, you'll likely take longer to get your desired outcome.

My programmes are structured to help you progressively achieve your goals while avoiding hitting plateaus along the way. At the end of the day, it's not just about developing physical fitness.

If it's too easy, you'll get bored, but if it's too hard, you'll probably hate it. You need to strike a balance between having fun and challenging yourself safely on your training journey. I'll help you find that sweet spot that'll keep you motivated and engaged all throughout.

I help regular folks move, feel, and look better than 99% of the world. My ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive mindset, and the eagerness to put in the work. That's pretty much it.
