ABOUT KATIE
The team joke that my job is to "make things look nice." They're not wrong.
My role is a bit of a juggle across events, marketing, and communications, plus all the behind-the-scenes operational bits that ensure the member experience feels effortless and on-brand at all times.
I'd say that I am (lovingly) obsessed with the details. If something can be made smoother, sharper, or more "Clubhouse", it probably will be. Perfectionism is a work in progress…but attention to detail is non-negotiable.
It's the little things that make the biggest difference.

After some ongoing stomach issues, I dialled things back and focused on whole foods, and it’s genuinely done wonders for my health.
Right now, I’m doubling down on the basics: training regularly, prioritising sleep, and building routines that actually stick.
I’m also on a very serious mission to find a whole foods recipe that still delivers a proper chocolate fix (I was a Cadbury’s Dairy Milk fiend for years).

I’m originally from Jersey (and I love telling people that).
I love a trip to Ibiza but I also love being wholesome; hot yoga, and getting away to Phuket when I can to train, reset and relax. 18-year-old me wouldn’t recognise me now lol.
I also have a personal styling side hustle called STYLED BY KTP. The Clubhouse Coaches make you look good naked, and I make you look good dressed.

I’ve played golf since I was a kid - my dad taught me to play at 4 years old. According to my other half, I’m annoyingly good.
