COACHING PHILOSOPHY
Everyone has the potential to improve their life significantly through exercise and nutrition. Regardless of your upbringing, previous experience or apprehensions, looking after your body is one of the most valuable things you will ever do.
My philosophy is underpinned by 3 key pillars: optimal, practical and enjoyable. I take the complex science and ensure it's easily understood and applicable in my clients' lives in an enjoyable way.
I specialise in making fitness and nutrition enjoyable and comprehensive for everyone, regardless of whether they are novice or elite. My clients always end up achieving more and feeling better than they originally set out to - so think big!

I'm working on understanding the psychology around behaviour change within training and nutrition, in my experience this is the biggest challenge most people face.
I recently completed a 53km Ultramarathon Trail Run, so I would like to challenge myself with another big event in 2026.
