COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I take a holistic approach helping people understand what health and wellness looks like for their lifestyle.

My bachelors in psychology has given me a good understanding of how our brain and mind are equally as important in becoming healthier. I listen to people and try to understand deeper reasons behind their behavior. By doing so I am able to create programs that set my clients up for success.

I'm a good active listener, I'm empathetic but know when I can push my clients.

I enjoy helping people understand their body, what health means to them and their true why's behind why they're trying to get fit and healthy.

  • I'm currently working on my Women's Health Certification to better support females who experience various challenges during their menstrual cycle. Helping build confidence for women when training throughout pregnancy and beyond.

    Lastly, I want to help those who want to get into running or have other endurance goals in mind.
