Everyone has the potential to improve their life significantly through exercise and nutrition. Regardless of your upbringing, previous experience or apprehensions, looking after your body is one of the most valuable things you will ever do.
My philosophy is underpinned by 3 key pillars: optimal, practical and enjoyable. I take the complex science and ensure it's easily understood and applicable in my clients' lives in an enjoyable way.
I specialise in making fitness and nutrition enjoyable and comprehensive for everyone, regardless of whether they are novice or elite. My clients always end up achieving more and feeling better than they originally set out to - so think big!

Lifting heavy things, outdoor activities with a hint of adrenaline, and experiencing different sports and forms of movement.
I’M NOT A FAN OF:
Misinformation, quick-fix and black-and-white solutions, and cookie-cutter approaches. I believe social media has distorted many people's perspectives on fitness and nutrition, prioritising likes and follows over the nuances of evidence-based information and individualised approaches.
