I’m not the coach who shouts “work harder”. I’m the coach who helps you get far more from the work you’re already doing. The gym lights the spark, but results are built in the other 166 hours each week.
Most people struggle outside the session - missed meals, poor sleep, low protein, stress eating, no structure. I fix that with simple systems: repeatable meals, training that fits your life, sleep and stress habits that keep energy steady, clear weekly targets, and accountability that removes the guesswork.
My clients don’t win by grinding harder. They win because we design a plan that holds up when life gets messy. I listen first, then build around your reality - your schedule, stress and current capacity - and make the next steps simple and sustainable. It’s not about doing more; it’s about doing the right things consistently with a coach who knows how to build that.
