  • Meet with one of our Co-Founders for an in-depth complimentary health consultation.

    This will allow us to understand your unique needs and goals as well as ensuring that The Clubhouse is the best fit for both parties.

  • Once you’ve been allocated a coach, they will build a training and nutrition plan, and a data driven habit forming tracker bespoke to your goals and needs.

  • Our coaches will guide you through each training session, while ensuring your every success for the remaining 23 hours of your day.

    Through proven habits and constant support, we keep you accountable and progressing.

We’re coaches. We’ve worked with hundreds of Hong Kong’s female professionals that are time poor, high stress, juggling both family life and social plans.

The female body changes throughout the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause. So our coaches educate female members to adapt their training and nutrition to work with their hormones, not against them.

  • Sessions range from $1250-1500 per session depending on coach.

    The physical training is the easy part of the process, the value comes from the eduction, accountability and data tracking combined with the physical training and Clubhouse environment.

  • We offer 36 session packages.

    This are optimum size for planning and progression.

    On average a 36 session package will last around 18 weeks if the client is training twice a week.

  • The Clubhouse is the last gym you’ll join.

    We pride ourselves on long term sustainable fat loss, focused around habit based coaching and eduction.

    Our coaches are there to support you but your results are based on your goals, application and training frequency. With 12 weeks of consistency you’ll reap the benefits and form habits that will last you a lifetime.

    When you join The Clubhouse, think of it as a life long commitment to your longevity.

  • For optimal results we advise that you train 3 times a week with your coach.

  • Yes, we offer duet packages starting from $1750 per session.

  • Nutrition plans, tracking and eduction are part of our comprehensive programming.

    We know that each client is unique and we tailor our approach to each individual.

  • Members must be willing to invest in their health for the long term. Willing to make changes to their nutrition and lifestyle, commit to the process and follow the roadmap The Clubhouse provides.

    If nothing changes, nothing changes.

  • Yes, our facilities include male and female changing rooms inclusive of showers, Malin + Goetz products, GHD hair dryers, fresh towels and lockers.

    We also have shoe lockers available for rental.

  • We offer packages of 10 credits for $3,000HKD.

    Each credit is 30 minutes in length and has a 10 week expiry.
